We ship Via USPS. Shipping is free if your order is over $100 (Domestic Orders Only). If our website goes on sale 40% off or more - Free shipping will not qualify for any orders.) Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as there may be delays due to holidays, and or bad weather. Domestic orders above $250 will be sent with signature confirmation automatically for security purposes. You must be available to sign for the delivery. If the order is sent back to us due to NO signature upon delivery it will be the customers responsibility to pay for re-shipping.

Each customer will receive tracking information via email when the label is created. Tracking information is not available right away, and usually take 1-2 days or sooner for the customer to receive it.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK ALL INFORMATION BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER! Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If USPS cannot recognize your address there will be a delay in your order being processed.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United State Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damage packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
