Exchange Policy 

We will happily accept your order for an exchange within 5 days from the day you receive it.  (Example: If you receive your order on Saturday, you have till Thursday to mail it back to us)  You must notify us via Direct Message on Instagram.  You do not need to wait for instructions from us to send it back.  Eligible items will only be accepted for store credit.  Absolutely no refunds will be given.  This policy is strictly enforced.  

Returned Items Must Be: 

Unworn & unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant and/or wear) with all Dstynct Athletic Wear tags attached.  A 5% Re-Stocking Fee will be charged for merchandise that is not in its original packaging and/or with out tags.  Please include a copy of your invoice for faster processing.  

Defective Items: 

We QC each item, but sometimes something may be missed.  Please report anything defective on your item within 48 hours of package arrival.  If not reported within that time, we will not issue a credit.  If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

Exchanges: 

At Dystnct Athletic Wear, our goal is to always carry our signature collection items, but this cannot always be guaranteed.  Therefore, will not perform exchanges on any merchandise, a credit will be issued instead.  If you would like to return your item, please follow normal return procedures to send the merchandise back to the address above.  We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return.  That way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item.    

Once you receive your credit code you will have 7 days to use the credit code before it expires (if your credit code expires after the 7 days we will reset it at our earliest convenience).  

You are only allowed to exchange once per order.  So please make sure you ask questions if you are unsure what size to purchase (All sales are final on exchanges).  

Processing: 

Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled.  When returned packages arrive at our office, it usually takes us anywhere from 5-10 business days to process your store credit.  We understand it's very important for our customers to get their returns processed as soon as possible.  Upon your return has been processed, you'll be issued a store credit in the form of a credit code via email/text.  PLEASE KEEP YOUR RETURN PACKAGE TRACKING RECEIPT.  We will only issue a credit for packages if customer provides tracking information and shows delivered to our address.  Many times customers claim they have returned their items but have no proof it was sent back, therefore, for the security of our customers and ours, we require proof in the form of a tracking number, showing delivery to our address.  Absolutely NO Exceptions will be made!

**Please Note: All original shipping fees are non-refundable.  Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility.  A restocking fee will be applied on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.  The customer will also cover any re-delivery costs.
